Move Marks New Era for Expansion and Growth

LONDON, UK – 3 September 2003 – Commission Junction, a leader in pay-for-performance marketing, today announced its further commitment to the UK market with new European headquarters acquired in London, Soho. After experiencing triple-digit growth rates during the last year, the new, larger office facility will provide the necessary room for expansion as Commission Junction moves into mainland Europe in early 2004 and broadens its product portfolio with search engine marketing and media tracking capabilities.

To help manage future growth and the planned expansion in Europe, Commission Junction will be appointing key new senior and local country management personnel.
