Carl White
Chief Executive Officer, Europe, ValueClick

Carl joined ValueClick in October 2001 as Chief Operating Officer for ValueClick Europe. Carl is responsible for the overall management and growth of ValueClick's European subsidiaries: ValueClick Media, Commission Junction, Mediaplex and PriceRunner.co.uk across London, Munich, Paris and Stockholm.

Prior to joining ValueClick, Carl served as the Chief Operating Officer of 24/7 Europe and was responsible for media and technology businesses in thirteen countries. Previously, Carl was a publisher for BBC Worldwide (the commercial arm of the British Broadcasting Corporation) running commercial and editorial teams across a number of magazine titles including BBC Good Food and BBC Top Gear, as well as UK multimedia projects such as Walking with Dinosaurs.

Carl holds a B.S.c. (Hons) from Bristol University.

Alison Guise
UK Country Manager, Mediaplex and Commission Junction

Alison joined ValueClick in November 2001. She joined as Sales Manager with a remit to form and develop the Mediaplex team in the UK. Alison progressed to Sales Director and then Country Manager in late 2004. She took over the additional management responsibility of Commission Junction in March 2006.

Alison is responsible for running the Mediaplex and Commission Junction businesses for ValueClick. The functions of the Mediaplex business include third-party campaign management, ad serving and tracking for advertisers and agencies, as well as advertising management for online publishers. She manages the account management, technology and new business teams. Commission Junction is a leading affiliate marketing network and Alison manages the development of new partnerships, product development and an aggressively growing UK team.

Prior to joining ValueClick, Alison was Business Development Manager at DoubleClick's media division, working within the travel, finance and current affairs channels. Previous to DoubleClick, Alison worked for Television New Zealand for over 5 years in roles that included working on brand marketing, new business sponsorship and entertainment licensing and marketing.

Daniel Powel
Head of Account Management, Commission Junction UK

Daniel joined the UK office as Account Development Manager in 2005 and in May 2007 he progressed to Head of Account Management.

In this role, he leads the Account Development Team along with the Head of Account Development. Daniel oversees the development and the growth of clients' accounts in the UK and Ireland, and is responsible for the finance, travel and retail vertical teams. He also plays a key role in developing new Commission Junction products to fulfill the ever evolving needs of the company's clients.

Previously Daniel worked for Commission Junction in the US where he was account manager for eBay International, overseeing programs in the Asian market.

Prior to joining the affiliate arena he worked as credit analyst overseeing international risk management for one of the leading healthcare manufacturers, Mentor. He combines over 3 years of global affiliate marketing experience with strong financial knowledge.

Sallie Rance
Head of Account Development, Commission Junction UK

Sallie joined Commission Junction in November 2003 as a Program Manager, progressing to Senior Account Development Manager in February 2006. In May 2007 she took up the role of Head of Client Engagement.

She is responsible for leading the Account Development Team alongside the Head of Account Management, by advising advertisers on strategic improvements to facilitate further growth for their affiliate marketing activities. Sallie is also a key link with the sales team, and in addition manages the specialist agency business vertical, client services and network development.

Prior to working with Commission Junction, Sallie was Advertising Manager for The Scientist. In this role she sold for the print publication, and developed and launched the BioMedScientist Jobs website, where she was involved in business development, market research and sales. Before then she was a Sales Executive for VNU publications.

Cheryl Ingram
Client Development Director, Commission Junction UK

Cheryl joined Commission Junction on the 11th of February and is responsible for all new business and existing business, both advertiser and affiliate focused in the UK. She will work closely with the European management team as well as the sales and the account management teams in France, UK, Germany and the Nordic region to develop and maintain senior level client contact with advertisers, agencies and affiliates and other partners.

Cheryl is a highly experienced new media professional, having joined from Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions where she was Head of UK Agency Sales. She has a successful commercial track record, having grown her team and the division's sales incrementally year on year. Cheryl has won individual awards including 'International Sales Person of the Year' and 'Deal of the Year'.

Cheryl joined MSN as Head of Recruitment in 2000 before moving across to the sales team, and prior to this role, was a senior financial recruitment consultant. Cheryl previously worked for a number of pharmaceutical companies in South Africa, including Glaxo.

Her arrival follows another senior level appointment, that of Pablo Gravier who joined as European Sales Director in June 2007.
